恒旭牌小載流摩擦磨損試驗(yàn)儀是我公司獨(dú)立研發(fā)新一代摩擦磨損試驗(yàn)機(jī)，可在一定的接觸壓力下，完成栓—盤摩擦試驗(yàn)，以電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)盤片旋轉(zhuǎn)與相對(duì)靜止的栓在通電狀態(tài)下相互摩擦，通過各傳感器實(shí)時(shí)采集摩擦力、表面接觸電壓、接觸電流、接觸電阻、磨損量等信號(hào)至計(jì)算機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)，通過計(jì)算機(jī)記錄并實(shí)時(shí)顯示各種所測(cè)參數(shù)及其曲線變化。該儀器主要應(yīng)用于在通電小載流條件下測(cè)試材料及涂層表面摩擦學(xué)性能和機(jī)理的研究。
